This Privacy Policy explains how Kudos Cards by Tristonia (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles your information when you use our mobile application.
Last Updated: 11th of October 2026 (sharing added)
Kudos Cards has no account, no server and no internet access. Everything your team puts into it stays on the device it was entered on. We never see any of it.
Kudos Cards is a task board for a team. Finished tasks earn points, points earn Bronze, Silver and Gold cards, and cards unlock perks that the team’s admin sets. It is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
We do not collect any personal data. There is no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising in the app. The app does not ask for permission to use the internet, so it cannot send anything anywhere.
To work, the app keeps the following on the device:
This data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so it does not leave the device that way either. Done tasks are archived or deleted automatically after the period the team’s admin chooses. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, removes everything.
The app also reads the phone’s motion sensor to tilt the shine on the cards. The readings are used on screen at that moment and are not stored.
We don’t share or sell data, because we don’t collect any.
If you tap Share on a card or an achievement, the app makes a picture of the card and a short line of text (your name on the card, the card or achievement, and a link to the app on Google Play) and hands it to Android’s share menu. It only goes to the app you pick, such as a messaging or social media app, and that app’s own privacy policy applies from there. Kudos Cards does not send it anywhere itself.
Kudos Cards is made for teams at work and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Kudos Cards is designed to work entirely on your device, with no account and no sign-in. If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
