This Privacy Policy explains how Grovestead by Tristonia LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles your information when you use our mobile application (package com.tristonia.grovestead).

Grovestead has no account, no sign-in and no chat. Your garden, stars and settings stay on your phone. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google may collect some device information to show them.
Grovestead is a free Queens-style brain puzzle. Each puzzle you finish helps grow a woodland homestead. There is no account, no sign-in, no chat and no content shared between players.
We do not collect any personal data ourselves. We have no server for the game and we never see your progress. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob, which shows the ads, and Google Play, which handles the optional purchase. Both are described below.
Your garden, stars and settings are stored only on your phone. If you have Android backup switched on, Android may include them in its backup to your own Google account, so they can be restored on a new phone. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the device.
The free version shows a full-screen ad between puzzles, roughly one every five finished puzzles. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising ID, your IP address, information about your device and the app, and your approximate location. If you are in the UK, the EU or the EEA, the app first shows Google’s consent form (the User Messaging Platform) and only asks for ads once the consent rules allow it.

Grovestead offers one optional in-app purchase, “Remove ads”, which is a one-time payment made through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment, and we never see your card or payment details.
The share button saves a picture of your garden and opens the Android share sheet, so you choose where it goes. The app itself does not upload the picture anywhere.
Grovestead does not ask for your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.
We don’t sell or share any data, because we don’t collect any. The information AdMob uses to show ads goes to Google under Google’s own policy, linked above.
Grovestead is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
